1. I reserve the right not to accept an order without giving a reason.

3. The maximum order fulfillment time is 1 month.
4. Compensation for order delay: additional sketches, discount on the next order.
5. The customer can post the work on his social media with a link to me.
6. I reserve the right to use the work in my portfolio and social media pages. If the customer wishes not to advertise the work for a fixed time, this point is discussed before the order begins.
7. Image provided for personal use only. The customer has the right to put the work on his avatar, make stickers, prints for himself. If you want the work for commercial purposes, go to the "Commercial Use" section below.

Work process

1. The customer must provide a clear TT (technical task - the most detailed description of the drawing he wants to receive - be sure to provide the desired format \ size of the image) and references (accompanying images that reflect the desired character, environment, colors, etc.).
You can change the character if you have not yet paid for the work, after that - no.
2. I draw several sketches, from which the customer must choose the best one.
3. The customer pays 100% of the order price.
4. I send work stages at the request of the customer.
5. The customer can receive files in .jpeg, .png, .psd, .pdf formats by email or to other contacts provided by the customer.

Payment

100% of the order amount after approval of the sketch on the details of Privat bank or BuyMeACoffee (PayPal in Ukraine works only for non-commercial payments and I cannot use it to receive payment). I do not continue work on the order after the sketch, until payment is received.Additional fees apply for complex character designs, complex clothing, additional items, complex backgrounds, edits, etc. (details above in the relevant paragraphs).You can cancel the order only BEFORE payment.

Refunds

1. I reserve the right to cancel the order at any stage and to refund the full price of the order.
2. You can ask for a partial refund if I have already started work after payment.
3. Refunds for completed work are not possible. No exceptions.

Commercial use

Commercial use of works is discussed separately in each case before the order is placed.
Cost of order with commercial use = twice the price of a regular order.
